Comm-Chem Materials is the sales representative for BMI USA who design and manufacture a full range of Aluminium electrolytic motor start capacitors approved to UL.
These capacitors are designed for intermittent use where the electric motor start load requires high initial torque to be available.

92A Series
BMI’s type 92A AC Motor Start capacitors are non-polarized aluminium electrolytic capacitors designed for intermittent AC duty. These capacitors are used in starting fractional horsepower, single-phase electric motors, as well as in gear motor applications. The capacitors are housed in rugged plastic cases, which require no added insulation. Mounting hardware, end caps and brackets are available to facilitate mounting. Capacitors can be supplied with bleeder resistors if required.
